I have been cooking with natural spices and truly there’s no one way to use them in your meals.
Most times, people want to cook without artificial seasoning and use natural spices in their meals but they do not want to be creative about it.

Over the weekend, I cooked stew and porridge yam without the use of artificial spices and they both came out great.
I did not have to do too much to achieve this.
I used my Curry, All-purpose spice, Jollof Rice and Stew spice, Pepper Soup, Garlic, Ginger, Marinating spice, Natural spice Mix and Banga soup spice.
Then other additions like Bay leaves in my stew, flavour paste and meat stock and with all, it was a BANG!! I also added SEA SALT.
Sea salt is natural salt and has it’s own way of adding flavour to your meals as well. It has lots of health benefits and less processed unlike table salt.
With natural spices, I could still achieve a tasty meal, my children ate and told me how delicious the porridge was.
I do not have to add cubes of artificial seasoning into it, before I could have a tasty meal.
I’m able to use natural spices to fill up my food. This different natural herbs and spices also nourish our bodies.
When it comes to cooking with natural spice, all it takes is, some touch of creativity and you will love it.
