Read slowly, if you are from a polygamous home where your father have upto 3-4 wives and many children be very careful especially if you are the eldest child.
If your father now have properties, be careful with how you handle it. If you have money, go and rent or build your own house and be living there, don’t come and be living in your fathers house because if you do and you make that place your comfort zone, you will never grow.
I know of a family over here. The man had about 4 wives and concubines and lots of children when he was alive. The man had properties too. When the man was alive, all his wives, concubines and children and even his children wife’s or husbands and grandchildren were all eating from him because he was taking care of everybody.
The wives now started making some evil moves. Some of them go join night people and they started using hands to cover their children’s destiny. They started killing each other’s children one by one.
Now the man is late. The children has sold all his properties remaining just one that is the family house. Out of all the children wey the man born, na like only three fight to make am. The rest are all living in the family house with their children and grandchildren.
Anytime they sell any of their fathers properties and they shared money among themselves, they will start throwing themselves arrows so that they will use the money to nurse sickness instead of using it wisely.
So if you want to move forward in life, comot eyes from your fathers properties and move out of your family house and go and hustle your own wealth.
You can leverage on the name and legacy your father has set down already to build yourself up to the top but sitting down in a family house as a family man with children and waiting for rental money of your fathers own property to feed your own wife and children is not what a man is supposed to do.
Some of these people don’t even work anymore. Like they don’t work at all. Since they know their father have 4 houses with tenants, all they will be waiting for is for their father or mother to die so that they will inherit properties and start collecting rental money.
Shey na proceeds from your own father properties you want dey take train your own children? As your own father or mother leave properties for you, wetin you go leave for your own children or after you die, your own children go continue to collect house rent too from their late grandparents properties?
So if you are sitting down on your late fathers properties and you don’t want to work and acquire your own properties, you are sitting on a time bomb.
So come out of your comfort zone and make name for yourself as a man if you want to live long .
